  • The Client
Perfect Aquatics, one of the largest aquatic superstores in the UK, is a live aquatics centre retailing specialist Koi species and other ornamental fish.
 
The client upon initial consultation requested a replacement roof and solar system to reduce substantial ongoing electricity costs.  The original roof was constructed of glass and steel frameworks, spanning over 2500m2.
  • The Approach

The client selected for Perfect Aquatics a new roof –comprising of insulated composite panel from Kingspan.  For the solar project, we analysed the usage of energy and designed a 150kW solar PV installation alongside the client.  The works took three months to complete in its entirety, with a team of six roofing and solar installers working full time.

  • The Result

The result was exactly to specification and as pre-determined during the initial consultation, the client is now saving over £15,000 annually on his energy costs.
